Is Everything Safe provides a lost and found reunification service using QR code technology. Our service includes:

• Physical QR tags that can be attached to personal belongings
• Online platform for registering and managing tagged items
• Notification system to alert you when items are found
• Secure communication platform between owners and finders

We facilitate connections between people who have lost items and those who find them. We do not guarantee the return of lost items, as this depends on the honesty and cooperation of finders.

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or legal age in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it current
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You may not create an account using false information or impersonate another person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Tag Ownership and Use

• Tags remain the property of Is Everything Safe but are licensed to you for personal use
• Each tag can only be registered to one user account at a time
• Tags should be attached securely to items you own or have permission to tag
• You are responsible for the lawful use of tags
• Tags may not be used for illegal purposes or to track people without consent

Item Registration

When registering items:

• You confirm you own or have permission to tag the item
• Provide accurate descriptions to aid in identification
• Do not include sensitive personal information in item descriptions
• Photos uploaded should not contain inappropriate or illegal content

Our pricing is displayed on our website. By purchasing tags, you agree to:

• Pay all fees and applicable taxes
• Provide current and accurate payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method

Refund Policy: Tags can be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused and in original condition. Once a tag is registered to an item, it cannot be refunded. Service fees (registration, platform access) are non-refundable.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Provide false information about found items
• Attempt to extort rewards or payment from item owners
• Use tags to track people without their knowledge or consent
• Interfere with the operation of the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use automated systems to access the service (bots, scrapers)

If you find an item with our QR tag:

• You agree to provide truthful information about the found item
• You will make reasonable efforts to return the item to its owner
• You will not demand payment or rewards (though owners may offer them)
• You understand that your contact information will be shared with the owner
• You agree to communicate respectfully with the owner

We encourage finders to act with honesty and integrity. However, we cannot compel the return of items and are not responsible for disputes between finders and owners.

IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully.

Is Everything Safe provides a platform to facilitate lost and found reunions. We:

• Do NOT guarantee the return of lost items
• Are NOT responsible for the actions of finders or other users
• Cannot verify the honesty or reliability of users
• Are NOT liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your items
• Make no warranties about service availability or functionality

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for tags in the past 12 months.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The service is free from viruses or harmful components
• Results from using the service will meet your expectations
• Lost items will be recovered

All content on our service, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Is Everything Safe and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of other users
• Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Registered tags will be deactivated.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through:

• Informal negotiation first
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Courts of England and Wales as a last resort

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date
• Notify you via email (for material changes)
• Post a notice on our website

Your continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
